John P. Gordon is an attorney in Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP's Business and Real Estate Practice Group, where he concentrates in the purchase, sale, lease and finance of residential and commercial real estate and provides advice on business formation, planning, ownership transfers, entity dissolutions and other transactions. He also works in the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group, formulating and implementing estate and gift tax plans for individuals and succession plans for business owners. Mr. Gordon also advises charities and other not-for-profit organizations on formation, application for tax-exempt status, compliance and governance..

Mr. Gordon is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Willistons, the Queens County and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Nassau County Bar Association, where he serves on the Real Property Law Committee. He received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2004 and his Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross in 2001.
