Parth N. Chowlera, Esq. is an Associate in the Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP's Trusts and Estates Group and Tax Law Practice. Mr. Chowlera concentrates in fiduciary accounting and tax-related legal matters affecting business clients, individuals, trusts, and estates.

Prior to joining the firm, Parth held the position of Counsel and Legal Fellow for an internet-based microfinance organization located in Los Angeles, California. His previous work experience includes preparation of fiduciary accountings, identifying potential claims against estates, commercial litigation, and landlord/tenant law. While he was a law student, Parth was a student extern at the firm, and was also a judicial intern under the Honorable William D. Wall, United States Magistrate Judge, at the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Chowlera is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of New York, where he was recently elected Treasurer.

Mr. Chowlera received his Master of Laws in Taxation in 2009 from New York Law School, and his Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 2005. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Queens College in 2001.

Mr. Chowlera is admitted to practice law in States of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey.
