Sean R. Lasky, Esq. is an Associate in Vishnick McGovern Milizio's Litigation Services Practice Group. In this role, he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and employment litigation, as well as matrimonial matters. Mr. Lasky, who is both a detailed researcher and strategic negotiator, has achieved significant results for his clients, and prides himself in his ability to translate complex technical concepts and fact patterns to clients, adversaries and courts.

Mr. Lasky's background includes years of experience in both New York City and Long Island based firms, where he honed his skills in commercial and estate litigation, including issues related to real estate transactions, business disputes, fraud, professional negligence, matrimonial and criminal law. He possesses significant experience appearing before State and Federal trial and appellate courts.

Mr. Lasky is a member of the Nassau County and New York City Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in New York State. An avid skier and cyclist with a strong interest in the environment, climate change and renewable energy, Mr. Lasky is also a member of the Environmental Law Institute, the New York Association for Energy Economics and the New York Cycle Club.

Mr. Lasky earned his Bachelor's of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1992), and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law (1995).
