Adverse Possession Case Results
From residences to well-known commercial buildings in New York City, we
have fought for and achieved rulings in favor of property owners. Some

were successful in demonstrating the property was not lost through adverse
possession — and the neighbor was in fact trespassing. This is one
of the few and unusual adverse possession cases that actually went to
trial and verdict.
- Defended a client in an adverse possession claim from an abutting landowner.
