VMM managing partner Joseph Milizio, head of the firm's Business and Transactional practice group and the Exit and Succession Planning for Business Owners practice, partner Morris Sabbagh, a member of the Tax Law, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and Elder Law practices, and Steven Goodman, president & CEO of SHG Planning, gave a talk on April 26 to the New York State Society of CPAs in Nassau.
The talk was titled "The Success in Succession: A comprehensive Look at Exit & Succession Planning from Personal and Business Perspectives," focusing on planning from multiple legal and financial perspectives relevant to CPAs and their clients.
