Helen Tuckman is an associate in Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates Practice. Her work focuses on Trust and Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Law, and Special Needs Planning. She is licensed to practice in the states of New York and Florida.

Before joining VMM, Ms. Tuckman worked as a Law Clerk at a Queens law firm specializing in Trusts and Estates Law and Elder Law, where she drafted estate planning documents, prepared probate petitions and estate administrations, and assisted in other matters.

While in law school, Ms. Tuckman served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Wyatt Gibbons in the Guardianship Part of the New York State Supreme Court, Queens County. She also served as an intern for Court Attorney Referee Juanita Wing at the New York City Family Court, Queens County.

Prior to law school, Ms. Tuckman also served as a Judicial intern for the Honorable Esther Morgenstern in the Integrated Domestic Violence (IDV) Part of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County.
