VMM extends a warm welcome to Arthur Wang, a new associate in the firm's Business and Transactional Law and Real Estate Practices.
His work spans a wide range of responsibilities including preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and leases, supporting business and personal lending activities, and designing customized legal solutions for business owners.
Mr. Wang brings considerable knowledge of lending standards to VMM, where he applies that knowledge to help his clients secure fundings for business and personal purposes.
Before joining VMM, he served for three years as an in-house counsel for a national business solutions company, where he specialized in SBA and non-SBA commercial lending which provided fundings for working capital, equipment, and inventory purchases, refinancing, partner buyouts, business acquisitions and commercial real estate purchases.
Prior to his lending experience, he led his own firm as a sole practitioner in New York City, focusing on residential and commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, hotel licensing, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) tax incentives, industrial and commercial tax abatements, joint ventures, constructions, and other large scale and complex matters. At VMM, he continues to leverage his experience to assist clients in all aspects of real estate transactions.
